I promised that I would share both my successes and my struggles. This week has been a week of struggles for sure. Picture on left is 2 weeks ago, right is from tonight.
Though I've gotten in my workouts, doubles on a few days even, my nutrition has suffered. Lunches and dinners out with co workers, cocktails, and yummy unbalanced choices. #gimmeallthecarbs
So now here I am, uncomfortable and bloated and remembering that my body reacts to nutritional balance so much more than I think. Until I fall away from my habit. And because I'm still a work in progress, my inner mean girl is just aching to get to me. "You're a phoney, you're not worth it, you can't do this ". Uh no thanks. I'm good without that bullshit in my head thank you very much.
So at 11pm, I have gotten in another workout, in the comfort of my living room and am headed to bed to get some rest. Ready to use the tools from my accountability group and things I've learned from the girls on my team to kick my own butt and show up. "I have not failed.
