If you are not where you want to be in any area of your life, the question to ask yourself is are you doing anything to change it?
If the answer is No, you are not doing anything to change it.
I have 2 questions.
2. How much longer are you gonna stay complacent and not take the necessary Actions to change it?
We have a choice every day to go get what we want, or to take the easier, lazier path to just go with the flow of life. Which is what most people do. Going with the flow, and staying in a comfort zone, which is never going to give you what you want.
Those who have the body they want, the success, the relationships are not just going with the flow. They are constantly looking for ways to challenge themselves, to get uncomfortable.
The crazy thing is by staying in a comfort zone, you actually putting yourself in more discomfort.
Those who continue to eat bad and not exercise, they are in a comfort zone. But the last thing they are is comfortable. Their self confidence is not where they would want it. They likely can’t wear the close they would like. They don’t want to be seen at the pool or the beach.
So how is any of that comfortable?
It’s no different being in a job or career you don’t like, a relationship you are not happy with.
Your in a comfort zone and don’t want to change, but you are living in discomfort.
It’s a new week, and there’s no time better than today, this week to start getting uncomfortable. And embrace the challenge.
Get uncomfortable now so one day you can get comfortable.
