Well I finally did it....I got new workout clothes ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Now I am a little worried I canโ€™t go back! ๐Ÿ˜Ž I decided I would treat myself with my biggest pay week so far! ๐Ÿค‘ Also got a ton of groceries and paid a few bills too! This workout was its best and itโ€™s worst! I say this because I put my workout first and my T1D second. I know better than to do that but I WANT to do this program to its fidelity and donโ€™t want my disease to dictate my life!! Let me explain: about half way into the 60 minute workout I felt like I was having a low blood sugar, and I could have pushed pause and taken care of it, then begun from where I left off when my blood sugar was at a safe level, but I thought I could push through right? So I did, by rushing to the kitchen gulping some orange juice and continuing with my workout. By the time I was done, I was crying because my fatigue was immense and I had a low blood sugar of 46. Then I corrected but over corrected so my blood sugar went too high!! .
Lesson? Listen to what #autumncalabrese says and, Pause my workout, take care of my diabetes and then when Iโ€™m stable, I can press play to finish what I started in a safe manner! Thatโ€™s why it was the worst...now for why it was its best. I was able to lift some higher weights at times and use a heavier band! I was so happy that just after a week I could see that I was already stronger.

This was Day 8 of #80dayobsession #totalbodycore and I am thankful that I was able to finish despite my not listening to my T1D, but I wonโ€™t do that again!

Just reminiscing on the pre-pregnancy body tonight. This picture was actually taken before I found what is working so freaking well for me now. Man, what I would do to see what I would look like with this nutrition and these workouts without the baby bump, but that time will come!! What I need to focus on right now is that this journey is all about me vs me. NO ONE ELSE. I only want to be better than I was yesterday.
I actually think I am stronger today at almost 26 weeks pregnant than I was when I took this picture, so I can't wait to make post-baby number two my best mind, body + soul YET ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ
