Am I the only one who loves to put apple on their salad? 🍏👏 . . 🍅🥑🥒🍠🍏🍋🥗 This salad was so easy, dressed with olive oil and lemon. Maybe it's weird eating salad and grilled veg together but I was craving both things 🤤I eat vegan things most of the time now and I love thinking of super healthy recipes... (The weird shapes are baked spinach croquettes) 💚🥗🙋 . .
Today I was so hungry so I made the biggest vegan chilli with nachos, so happy I have leftovers 🌶 . . . . . (Swapped sour cream for natural soya yogurt and herbs 🌿)
It's actually fun trying out new vegan recipes which I wouldn't have normally considered 🙆 Plus it's nice to know that I'm eating things which are even more nutritious 😻 Try challenging yourself 💪 . . . .

Today I'm going vegan for three weeks so wish me luck 🙈 . . . . . First of all I was going to do one week but then I realised I will probably be in depression for the first week without cheese so I will try three weeks. . . I never realised how the dairy industry gassed and killed all of the male chicks or constantly kept the dairy cows pregnant and then took away their calves. I'm aiming to eat a lot less dairy after this experience 🤞 . . Feel free to send me any advice or favourite recipes 🤗
I can't quite describe how it feels to not be following a specific workout program. I know that with the move coming in 2 weeks, now is not the time to start a new program, so I think I'm going to dabble on the days that I am able to get a workout in.
