After falling off the wagon (short-lived wagon) again, and eating crappy, here I am. Still in the gym. Finding my motivation again. Real-talk guys: losing weight SUCKS. It's not easy, and if anyone says it is, have them come to me to teach me their ways. 😅🤣 Losing weight is calories in vs. calories out. As simple as it gets, that's true. However, that doesn't explain how hard it is to see your friends and family eat food you want or want snacks that you've been craving for like a week. That doesn't make saying "no" to your favorite treats any easier. That doesn't help literally dreaming of food. That doesn't help you just chill the hell out about your own body image. It's as simple as calories in and out, but it's also not. I'm still on my journey. I have had a lot of obstacles (some my own doing 🙊🙈), and there will always be obstacles. It's not always easy.
Discipline and consistency. My two goals for the week. Besides homework. 😏🙄
Love yourself guys. I'm still learning. I have a great husband who puts up with me everyday wanting to eat the entire house or having a crappy day and just wanting a bag of chips and pizza. Everyone struggles. Let's keep each other motivated! Happy Tuesday!!
