Spinach smoothies for breakfast everyday and this week’s #tastytuesday.
Here is what’s in my blender cup:
1 c. Almond milk
1/4 c. Plain Greek yogurt
Small handful of blueberries (maybe about 10 berries)
A scoop of protein powder
1 tsp natural almond butter
1/2 tsp of ground stevia leaves
A huge handful of fresh spinach leaves
Whey liquid to fill the spaces to top.
And putting all of those items into a blender cup can take a little bit of time every morning. So I figured out that I can fill all three of my blender cups in about the same amount of time one morning. And for the following two mornings, all I have to do is blend the smoothie! #savingtime #eatinghealthy #gettingmygreens
