When I first turned 18 in 2013, I bought a gym membership. However, I didn’t really understand or take weightlifting seriously until about 2015/2016. Did I quit several times? Yes. Why? Because it was fuckin hard!!! I didnt know how to train. I expected results overnight. I was clueless and often felt like a fool trying to keep up with anybody. It took years of mental exercise to get my mind right to establish the connection that the daily work you put in will ultimately lead to your success and happiness.

😕Have you heard the saying that anything easy isn’t worth having? Easy come, easy go?

😭Working out, pushing your body to the limits and living a healthy lifestyle is NOT easy. It can be very difficult. In my opinion, the most difficult part about living an active and healthy lifestyle is the mental part. I feel most people quit because of this.
.
👊🏽You’re not going to quit. Why? Because you’ll understand that anything worth having in your life will take time and a lot of effort to work for. Yes, you’ll have your days when your gym session was bad, you didn’t make it to the gym, busy at work etc. However, with your strong mental focus, you understand that this is just a single day hurdle in your years-long journey of living a healthy and active lifestyle.

🙏🏾There’s a reason why most people don’t make it and/or give up. Because it’s HARD.
.
👍🏾But there’s one thing I can guarantee. If you’re willing to stick through the HARD and painful experiences that most do not publicize about towards living a healthy and active lifestyle, I can PROMISE that you’ll create a life for yourself, your family, and your friends that was 10x better than it was before.

I honestly was a little skeptical 🤨about this program.
I wasn’t sure if this was going to ruined my progress since I was cutting down on the time I was working out and also adding 2 days of REST!!!!

But I got to admit that I am impressed because I was able to see results while enjoying cheat meals, more sleep, and more free time. #win .

We kick off this week with prep week!!!!

Pre-workout meal - have gonne for a home made wrap with chicken, ham and a bit of low fat cheddar and mayo - 34 grams of protein in total. I only made 1 wrap for myself and 2 for Kevin and the kitchen was a mess. Anyway no headache today and workout in a few hours. Upper body today!🏋️‍♀️

Day2 of week2 hypdrid lift4 calendar! Today was full body HIIT day!! I loved it 😍. Definitely felt like I NEEDED to move my body with that! It was awesome. Yes the struggle was very real but with these workout!? It always is! Let me tell you 30-40 minutes might not seam like alot but holy crap Joel really kicks your butt! If you want a challengeing workout that's only 30-40 minutes THIS WILL DO IT! So why are you still waiting!? Go ahead and hit me up tell me you are ready to push yourself to levels you never thought you could! Bc guess what babe!? YOU TOTALLY CAN! Plus you got me on your side! I won't let you give up on yourself!! ✌️♥️ Happy Tuesday loves!
