Avete mai pensato di preparare il pane proteico in casa con pochissime calorie senza spendere tanti soldi per acquistarlo ? Ecco la ricetta giusta , otterrete del pane morbido , profumato , proteico e con la metà delle calorie del pane normale ! Il risultato vi sorprenderà !

Unire la crusca di avena con la farina ai sette cereali , montare gli albumi separatamente con un pizzico di sale , unire la farina e la crusca agli albumi montati precedentemente e mescolare con il resto degli ingredienti e lasciare lievitare l’impasto per circa quattro ore e dividere l’impasto in 10 stampini tondi di silicone, riempiendoli a metà ,infornare a 200°C fino a che non risultino scuri in superficie.

Breakfast today was a Trader Joe’s gluten free crisp bread (3 net carbs) with cream cheese (less than 1 net carb) and my favorite candy cane coffee from target with a vanilla Atkins shake as creamer (1 net carb). ☕️

Progress. Takes. Time. No matter who you are, working out will not get you results tomorrow. One thing that I learned about this for fitness thing is that you have to have patients. You have to stay dedicated and persevere. You have to be willing to put in the time and the effort to see results.

The picture on the left was taken about a year and a half ago. Can you see the change? Heck yes. But it took a year and a half. It took a year and a half of persevering, dedication, and willingness.

Could I have done it faster? Probably. But the quality of life is important to me. I don’t go to the gym every day. I don’t eat clean 24 seven. Sure, I eat my spinach and chicken but I also eat my fear share of chocolate (thx @veganpurechocolate ). That’s where the whole “balance thing” I always talk about comes into play.
