I have been slacking on workouts and healthy eats. I mean I do it, but havent been as consistent as I should be these past few weeks. SO. I need a fresh accountability group. Those things help me so flipping much.
So me and one of my girls are starting a FREE one on Sunday (11/5)!
No obligations, you can continue doing whatever kind of workouts you do (gym, running, home workouts, dancing, etc). This group is for us to push each other to keep going, motivate and inspire, track progress, nutrition/water, and just our over all journey!
Also, we will be having “Wine Wednesdays” in our group which will be a day for us to chat, catch up, share our goals and struggles and maybe whine a little. 😉🍷 Why wait until January 1st?! Might as well get a head start now, with all of the yummy goodies coming up! ☺ lord knows I'll be partaking in those🙌
