If i didnt go to the gym i think stress and all of lifes little shits that it likes to take on me would kill me. Its an escape and a way of getting out anger without punching the next person who asks me for a pint of fosters (bartender issues). Its also amazing to have something to focus on, especially when that focus is strength and not image (she says whilst posting a selfie).
