"Move fast to get fast", right? But with what load? There is not just 'slow' or 'fast', there is everything in between. As the load gets heavier, the weight moves slower. If I'm trying to improve the power in an athlete I want to be able to prescribe them the perfect weight to actually improve power. Sounds simple, but the answer isn't clear....until now.
Enter the beast 👹 With my new @beastsensor, I am able to identify the perfect blend of load and velocity that generates the most amount of power in various movements.
I am putting together a "Power Profile" on myself initially, so I can hit the entire strength continuum, and then I'll construct programs off the back of that to forge the complete athlete. 📽@initial_e
