Today was surreal! We never actually had a grand opening for our gym, but this was even better! We had guest, trainers, a DJ, so many supporters, companies that donated and we all came together for a fitness event to support Hurricane Relief. What an amazing way to spend a Sunday and meet some amazing people. Community is so much of what The Body Los Angeles is about and I felt such a strong sense of COMMUNITY today that is was inspiring. I hope everyone had an amazing time, got some great swag, and a good sweat. But with power bands, or a little help from a friend, you can progress a little every time you try. They definitely take time though if you are not naturally good at them.
