It wasn't easy to get this far, I've had my ups and downs especially as a first time competitor.. I've made my mistakes I had mental breakdowns and set backs, but how I overcome these bumps in the road is what keeps me going strong, make a mistake get back up and go ten times harder. Haven't been in the gym in almost a week because I've given myself some time off. Body feels rested, but I noticed some loss in strength. Been cutting the calories hard this week to make up for the weekend. Back down to 185 today from the 191 I was on Saturday. Hit some chest, shoulders, tris, and abs today. My core needs to get stronger because today was torture! Had a productive practice tonight with lots of running and skill work. Gotta stay focused for the weekend and enjoy the rest of this spring break!

Didn't get a chance to workout yesterday until after I put my kids to bed. 10:30 in my dark, messy garage, but I got it done. Need to build up my overhead strength due to my punk ass arthritic shoulder.
