Very pumped about this lift , 400 pounds. This was my fourth set, I reped out at 135, 225, and 315 before doing this. Not the prettiest but pushed it none the less. I'm making gains every week . Next week I should be able to do 2 reps touching my chest. Bodybuilding is a tough road but I love it, it's actually one of the big highlights of my day. I wish it was my full time job but obviously it's not yet. Sacrifices have to be made and hard work put in to achieve your goals, and that's what makes them satisfying when you reach them.

More bosu ball core!! Injuries are a greattt time to work on weaknesses and get stronger and this one legged bosu ball glute bridge works your glutes anddd all those muscles in your hip flexors, hamstrings, and spine. I like to do 3 sets of 30 second holds on each leg. Tip: make sure you're keeping your hips level and one isn't "dipping" down

Remember it is important to routinely change your exercises!! It can be as simple as switching from barbell to dumbbell or machine to cables!! This exercise here is a plate centered lunge which should always be done at a moderate tempo. Notice how I take my time on the way down and explode on the way up! Also I only go down to about 90 degrees to prevent any knee injuries🤓

New PR! A different take on #flexfriday ? My goal for today was 285..but I hit that and it felt good so I went on and I pulled 305!!! A little rough getting the lockout but it finally happened, couldn't have done it without my sister @kmillerr10 reminding me to get out of my own head! Getting heavier with our Dips. Bench Dips here working to get good range of motion and stretch and the bottom. Important to keep a strong base and not let your knees lock up as you add more weight. Bench Dips and Dips on a machine are slightly different. Work them both into your plan and programming and strengthen those triceps to make that 🐎👟 pop!
