Even though I hit this 299 a couple times and with different scales I might as well document it this time as well. This is the scale I'll be using so this will be what I use to document my progress. So, here's to the 200 lb land again and onward to my next goal of 275.

I started my upper body workout this morning and was so frustrated. I have an injury in my left shoulder/back/rib area that just won't go away. I knew even before I started that it was hurting bad, but once I got started it kept getting worse. . . I finally dropped my weights for the rest of that workout and then switched to Country Heat. I'm able to jump (I don't think my moves qualify as dancing) around, get crazy sweaty and feel good! Today was a double because I'll be hiking and outdoors all weekend rather than pushing play. . . Remember exercise comes in many forms and the best one is what you'll enjoy as you reach your goals.
