Transformation Tuesday β€’ 😱 I wasn't going to post this.. Cause I was so ashamed of the first pic πŸ˜©πŸ™ˆ it wasn't years ago.. It was March 2017. I had got stuck in a rut, half assed training, eating 'okay' but I was FED UP β€’ So I made a change β€’ I Got a PT once a week and I then fell in love with eating right and training again β€’ there are just over 3 months between these two photos β€’ and without these pictures I wouldn't be able to see how consistency paid off β€’ LESSON: Take. Progress. Photos. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ & Make. That. Change 😏

((excuse my messy tiny house but I had to share)) Today marks my two month #ketoversary. I freaking love this way of eating and clearly my body does too. The weight loss has slowed but the inches keep falling off. Down 11lbs and 21.5" and I couldn't be happier with these results. If I felt like I was deprived of food I love it'd be different but it doesn't even feel like work! On top of the physical transformation my skin is cleared up, my hormones are regulated, I drink less, and I have more energy. #sogood So excited to see what the next two months will bring!!

Lunch provided by work from panera bread. Angus steak sandwich, chips, and a salad with some fruit and chicken. Yum

Fab Pegasus workout @f45kingston today - ALL the squats, a few cheeky swings and lots of back, core and hamstrings! πŸ˜‰ 30 secs work on each station then 20 secs all together doing some crazy stuff like crab walk rounds, squat pulses and bear to down dog hammy stretches! 12 stations and 3 rounds....... Then eat yummy rye and chocolate treats brought in by the lovely @sarahs_nutrition πŸ˜‹

35 min interval running on an incline
3x16 lat pulldowns
3x12 rowing
6x12 alternating dumbbell rows
3x12 chest press
Abs:
4x 30sec alternating single leg balance
4x16 alternating elevated push ups w/ leg raised
2x16 Russian twists
4x15 elevated alternating side plank dips

A great workout! Slowly working on building arm muscles after my tennis elbow injury so I'm doing what I can.

Here is a step up variation with a kettle bell. I like loading weight differently on my body when I perform exercises to challenge my core and stability. Adding the kettle bell up top forces me to engage my core, keep an upright posture, and practice shoulder stability. Not to mention, since it's one-sided, my obliques are working hard to keep me from leaning. As always when performing a step up, be sure to drive through your heel and not your toes to protect your knees and engage those glutes more. Happy stepping!
