Yesterday I took a mental health day, meaning no gym & not allowing any anxiety or stress to come in.
I focused solely on my day's agenda. I collected my thoughts, re-adjusted my priorities, met up with good company and just enjoyed the present. I've been so hard on myself, that I haven't taken the time till now to pat myself on the back & say "you're doing great, keep going." Collecting progress does not just make me proud it fuels my motivation to continue.
