(Yesterday) Hit some Chest after a sickening Back day today since I missed yesterday's Chest Day! Great overall workout. First to start off back day 3x8 T-Bar Rows 45lbs, 90lbs, 135lbs. In between the sets I did sets of 8 slow up-and-down pull-ups. Then was biceps did some Scott Curls. Then was Chest hit flat bench 145 3x8. Next was dumbbell Chest press 3x6 30lbs,45lbs. Finished the workout off work triceps pull downs 3x8 50lbs,100lbs,130lbs.
