This morning I popped outside for a low impact #gluteactivation workout before I got to the gym. Creche is back open yay 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. As you have probably noticed I like to do a little something first thing in the morning even if it’s 20mins just to get my blood pumping clear the tired fog from my mind and give me a little kick start. I found over the years I can loose motivation between 5- 9 waiting for the Creche to open. I love to train first thing in the am but things change when you have kiddos, am I RIGHT? Just gotta make it work the best you can even if it’s a short amount of time.

When I say helping I’m mean jumping on me and getting me to open and close the door so she could come in and out, in and out #mumlife 🙈🙌🏻. Sorry #stretchmarks out again but it’s sooo hot and I never really wear a top at home when training. What ya gonna do 🤷♀️ .Band workout -glute activation is awesome for so many things. Stability of pelvis/ hip area, strong glutes can mean less load on knees. Great for core work also. You can get these bands from you local physio.
