If you show the good, you gotta show the bad, right?
So this week has been rough for me. A stomach bug kicked my butt Tuesday and for that exact reason, my diet has been thrown all out of wack. I've barely eaten and as you can see, I'm a little weak and out of my normal state.
185 was my PR two weeks ago and it flew up with no issue, but today was a different story.
This was my second attempt at it. It's not pretty and my form was falling but I got it up (and no he didn't touch me and help me up). After the week I've had, I'm proud. I can only go up from here and that's what I plan to do!
