πŸ”₯"Sickening consistency" as @arash_rahbar would say it, is what it takes, day in and day out, every single day for months and years on end. Granted this will vary dramatically depending on your goals, time frame, lifestyle etc

πŸ’₯It might seem intimidating to try and process how one could be so consistent with training and diet give or take down time for life's occurrences but just like anything else the only way to make things "easier" and have sure fire results is to make that investment every day.. Those days add up quicker than you think

I remember the left photo being taken like it was yesterday. I remember feeling so unconfident in myself and felt like I didn't belong there. I worked my ass off to get to the British (like everyone else) and once I was there.. I had no confidence in myself what so ever, I froze on stage and everything went downhill from there πŸ‘‹

Going up on stage and doing bodybuilding competitions you have to have confidence and faith in yourself.. Last year I had neither! I believed that I wasn't good enough and it showed on stage (and definitely in this photo too, I may be smiling but I was dying inside! I was so embarrassed to take photos that's how unconfident I wasπŸ˜“)

Since then I've done nothing but work on my confidence, doing things I never usually would, taking opportunities I never EVER would have in the past because I was too scared, all to build up my confidence and now.. we have the right photo (I look weird as hellπŸ˜‚) BUT I'm smiling like crazy whilst posing because I felt sooo damn confidence πŸ’ƒπŸ½

The point of sharing this is to say that it's not embarrassing to have confidence or believe in yourself.. you need to believe in yourself to achieve the impossible and by doubting yourself it will only get you further away from where you want to be. So ladies and gents...

Personally, what I listen to varies depending on the type of mood I'm in. For example today, I didn't even listen to music, but instead some of my favorite Eric Thomas (@etthehiphoppreacher) speeches! My listening choices range from motivational speeches, to slow tempo music, to fast and up beat tempos. I've had the best and most focused workouts with each so there's no real difference between them for me 🀘

When you try to pull off a serious face, but instead you just end up looking like a slightly muscular 10 year old πŸ™ƒ

I froze this on Sunday, left it out last night to defrost and I'm eating it cold. Still has it's vital nutrients and is a nice low carb lunch. I have my lunch now as I start work at 2am.
