Så det vist os tid til en opdatering herfra😄 Som i ved valgte jeg at stille til Danish Open idag, hvilket resulterede i en flot 2 plads! Er super glad og tilfreds med, at slutte denne sæson af med metal om halsen🙌🏼 Var yderst tilfreds med min performance, mit look og min GUDE smukke bikini lavet af den trofaste @magnifiqa 😍💙 Blå er uden tvivl min "nye" bikini farve! Tusind tak fordi du endnu engang sørger for, at jeg shiner på den scene 🙏🏼Derudover har du været en fantastisk opvarmer og ikke mindst en hårdtarbejdende kvinde! For hold da op du er eftertragtet backstage - men det jo klart, nu hvor du den bedste og har styr på det du laver 😜❤ Du en stjerne!! Når det er sagt så startede dagen egentlig rigtig godt lige indtil vi skulle påføre min farve 😳 Igen drillede min hud, hvilket kom til udtryk i farven ved, at det plettede og lage sig i plamager 😞 Måtte kaste håndklædet i ringen. Meningen var egentlig at jeg skulle finde en farve der accepterer min hud, samt vil gøre det nemt for mig, at lægge når jeg er til internationale konkurrencer, og ik har en kompetent spraytan ekspert ved min side som fx Johnny fra @copenhagentan. Du skal have en kæmpe tak for, at redde min farve idag. Jeg opsøgte nemlig Johnny for, at få råd ift min plettede farve. Han sendte mig straks i bad og lagde den mest perfekte farve på mig! Gud hvor han dygtig!! Tak Johnny 🙏🏼 Kunne endelig slappe af, og fokusere på at skulle gå min i-walk, hvilket jeg fik gjort med et kæmpe smil. Jeg har stadig meget at arbejde på - især massen skal forbedres. Men har lært at køre mit diæt forløbe selv, og få mig i en god konkurrence form. Det jeg sgu stolt af!! Men ærligt- har på kun 3 år stået til 9 konkurrencer 😳Startede med Newcomers i 2014, og se hvor langt jeg er nået idag! Min krop trænger til en solid offseason, hvilken den skal ha'. Brænder dog stadig for denne sport og er slet ik færdig 😉 I will be back! Stærkere og med endnu mere blod på tanden 😜 Nu vil jeg køre hjem til København og nyde det sidste af aften 😘Ha det dejligt allesammen ❤

With failure follows success (even though I absolutely hate failing). Pulled 405 easy for 3 tonight so decided to try for a new PR of 425 and didn't lock out when I know I could have 😡 tryed again and definitely wasn't getting it (mind the language) I will get 425 within these next 4 weeks! Decided to drop down to 315 and rep it for 4 sets of 10. On the bright side I'm glad I'm keeping my strength during the process of my cut! And honestly haven't been doing much to try and keep my strength up. I think with all the functional movements I've added to my routine is helping me maintain my strength. Finished off my back workout tonight with some back extensions. I always do light weight and high reps with these you'll notice I pull the weight to my belly button for me personally I feel as if it engages my lower back and lower lats more in the movement give it a try! #backworkout #stayfocused

Ich geh in der Regel abends laufen, da das zeitlich heute nicht geht und mittags zu warm ist gabs heute eine Morgenrunde. Gut ist anders. Ich fand es sehr anstrengend und mega warm war es leider auch schon. Ich musste zwischendurch auch mal gehen. Aber hey: mehr geschafft als auf dem Sofa und immerhin sogar doch noch 6km. 💪🏼 Zum ersten mal auch mit Trinkrucksack, das benötigt noch Gewöhnung. But for those that aren’t and still want to enjoy this meal, try one of the following options: – Split one serving into two portions.
– Remove the granola.

Ok so this morning I've woken up and done a 20 min Tabata workout at home, I've measured my waist and before I started this plan I was 35 inch waist, today I'm 33 inch. AFTER TWO WEEKS. And I've kept to the plan 95%. As I have been naughty by adding stuff to some foods and having extra snacks. All I've done is train at home for 20-30 mins a day. On a Sunday morning I'm usually going for long runs etc, or in the week spending hours in the gym. You don't need to you really don't. I don't have the time to go gym no more as much as I would like but this is showing you that you don't need to. 😎🍱🙌.
