Fallout: Brisvegas mini update.

I'm working on this... lol. 5 am is early and my bed sounds a lot better than getting up to workout early but I discovered yesterday that getting it done before my day really started was the best feeling ever. The worst feeling ever is having your workout held over your head allllll day. For some reason I tend to put it off until 9 or 10 if I wait to get it done.. πŸ˜… I started early morning workouts to show myself that I could do it if I put my mind to it but now I'm loving the early morning me time. Workout, coffee, and some reading before the boys wake up. I'm a tired momma who stays up way too late, wakes up a few times in the middle of the night but is still determined to make this my new normal. #mindovermatress #wakeupandworkout #getitoutoftheway #hopeicankeepthisup πŸ˜‚

Biggest regret with this exercise is not doing enough of them and relying on straps. So after a big lay off I decide to get back on it, change my technique with a mix grip and use without straps cause I believe when you are using straps you're using too much energy when crouching down, strapping around the barbell, wait for minute or two and lifting off and starting position could be all wrong as you're pulling and putting pressure on your lower back which I've done in the past and my body would go through a psychological stage keeping 180kg for ages and can't go up so I gave it up and couldn't be asked wit it for a while and alternate to like back extensions etc. So this is my PR 210kg obviously I went for quick, explosive movement and try and upgrade every week on 1 rep and when I build it up I'm not relying on hypertrophy or reps I'm just gonna do strength training every time I do deadlifts build it 5 reps each set then after 180kg see the rep range I could do onwards but good to be back on something #personaltrainer #backday #deadlift #trainhard #bulking #gainz #erectorspinae #lowerback #strengthtraining #beastmode #gettingbacktorhythm #motivation #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnesslifestyle #pancakeface #nostraps #dontthinkabouttheweight #justdoit #quick #explosive #getitoutoftheway #shabba
