Helloooooo week, Monday, errrrrybody!
Took some time off from posting to refresh and recharge.
This time of year, we are so busy with work, getting ready for holidays, family stuff etc. We have to remember to still take time out for ourselves. That doesn't mean just pampering or sitting down on the couch for 30mins, although that is nice...It includes reading or listening to personal development, goal setting, daily/weekly task, and exercise and health.
If you can keep yourself on task, focused, and healthy....your happiness comes more naturally.

(Make small changes)
Water for Coke
Half/half instead of sweet tea
Turkey instead of beef
Instead of 'I am so tired I am just going to lay on the couch' Take a walk down the street or around the block. It will rejuvenate you if you just get out there.
It's easy to get lost, get off track, give up. We are human - it's going to happen. Be strong, keep your faith, trust the process, and move on.
