amazing watching the eclipse from home today! Aysha has a cold so we've been indoors all day just doing fun activities. ♥️ now the kids are napping and i'm doing some meal-prep and enjoying this bowl of leftovers from last nights dinner:
pan-seared chicken breast (season with pink salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano and a dash of paprika and pan-sear at medium heat in @chosenfoods avocado oil for 4 minutes on each side, then cover with the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until ready), cauliflower rice, sautéed spinach, avocado and @wildbrine red beet and cabbage kraut.
