How many of you love water?
I have to say, I have been a big water drinker all my life. Or at least I thought I was.
I was a singer so I ALWAYS had water WITH me...but when I look at my go to beverages it was never water...it was COFFEE!!! Or when I was younger orange juice, gatorade (all drinks that were FILLED with sugar, or I added sugar to!) It wasn't until I was pregnant with my first daughter that I really realized how little water I was actually drinking. And it was highlighted even more when I had my second daughter because I was 9 months pregnant in 100 degree August heat!
Now, the only things I drink are water, coffee (black), tea, shakeology, and wine...and beer...let's not digress.
But EVERY MORNING, I fill up my camel back and and challenge myself to fill it up three times that day. Our bodies are made up of 85% water, and we have to replenish it throughout the day.
