Goedemorgen! ⛅💖 ontbijt vandaag een omelet van één heel ei en 2 eiwit, geroosterde boterham met avocado en een beetje parmezaanse strooi kaas. Voor de oplettende kijker, de avocado hoort er niet op maar omdat 1, ik deze over had van gisteren en niemand anders het hier lust (en niemand gooit avocado weg) en 2 omdat ik geen eiwit shakes neem, neem ik het aantal calorieën van de shake die ik zou moeten nemen ergens anders op de dag. Zoals nu als ik iets over heb bijvoorbeeld 🥑💚

A study by Leifert at Newcastle university showed that antioxidant levels can be as much as 70% higher in organic food than non-organic. So that's like eating an extra piece of fruit a day if you're eating organic!! The study also found much higher levels of toxic metals and pesticide residue on non-organic food.. WHEEEW!! ________________________________ I have not danced ballet in over a year due to this and that, and so one of my goals for 2018 is to return to dance, once I am cleared to do so, and get on pointe. I cannot wait to feel the burn at the barre once more and leap across the floor. Mostly I can't wait to show my daughters that #Mama takes exercise/dance seriously because staying healthy and strong are important in life. Plus I plan on seeing them grow up and have kids of their own someday, and I don't want to he the weak and debilitated grandma. Also it's really hard to serve others when you are not healthy. I love these small weights to define and sculpt. This is one of my favourite sets to keep everything strong and toned. 🔝
Over the years I’ve probably tried most types of exercise and nothing keeps me in shape quite like weigh-training. Of course this is a personal opinion and everyone is different.
I believe the key to fitness and maintaining a habit is finding something that you like doing and developing it over time. 💪💪
Weight-training started as something that I liked and developed into a passion. 💯💯❤️
Upper body set:
✔️Lifting 4kg weights
✔️10 - 15 reps
✔️Each exercises back to back
✔️ Short rest at the end of the complete set ✔️ 3 - 4 sets

Good morning everyone!✨ Recently I began to start my morning with a green smoothie.🌱At first I was quite sceptical of it, scared that it would taste like a green swamp.🙈 After experimenting with different flavours and ingredients, i absolutely fell in love with it!😻 It’s a great nutritious way to kick start your day and getting a lot of greens in, first thing in the morning! Green smoothies have an abundance of benefits that’s amazing for the human body. 🌞
Woolworths Food recently brought out this amazing product which is a ready made smoothie mix. Throw it in a blender, add a banana, some water/coconut water to blend and enjoy! 💚
If you want to create your own mix, i highly recommend this recipe.

Tropical green machine :
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup Mango
- 1/4 cup Pineapple
- 1 scoop Mix leaf powder
- 3-4 ice blocks
- 1 cup baby spinach
