Ljudi žele Slobodu bez sistema (od 8 do 5) živjeti na mjestu gdje im se svida, a ne gdje moraju , raditi od kuće u pidzami😀bez alarma, raditi ono što najviše vole i u čemu vide smisao, napredovati u onome što rade, pronači cilj, nauciti nove vještine, slobodu za obitelj, zaljubiti se, živjeti punim plučima , smršaviti, udebljati se nabaciti six pack💪 , postati neovisan, zaradivati...
Što nas koci na putu da ostvarimo djecje snove?
Okolina? Roditelji? Država? Strahovi? Osudivanja?
Svi imamo istih 24 h a ipak nemamo svi iste rezultate!
Slobodu sa pocetka svi zelimo, ali se ne borimo za nju❤️

Guten morgen ihr lieben 🌞 Radfahren wäre mir jetzt zwar lieber aber für mich heißts gleich arbeiten bis 18uhr☝🏼morgen muss ich zwar auch nochmal ran, aber danach geht's dann ins Training ☺️ vl werde ich heute Abend ein bisschen Cardio machen, aber nur vl 😁 habt ihr heute restday oder geht ihr fleißig trainieren? 💪🏼

Ich bin zurzeit am überlegen wie ich meine Diät ein wenig ändern könnte 🤔 zurzeit habe ich ja 1-2x in der Woche Refeedday (allerdings esse ich dafür unter der Woche noch weniger) bin aber am überlegen ob ich einfach ein cheatmeal einbaue 1x in der Woche anstatt der Refeeddays 🤨 von cheatdays halte ich leider nichts da ich da immer sofort 2-3kg mehr habe 🙄😅 oder ich mache es abwechslungsreich, mal refeedday mal cheatmeal 😂 #struggleisreal wie macht ihr das? Meine zeitliches Ziel ist ja der August, & bei so einer Länge Diät braucht man bisschen Freiraum, ich zumindest 🙋🏻‍♀️
