I'm more than pleased with these results, especially with a trip to Norway smack dab in the middle of it. Imagine what i could have done had I had 4 solid weeks of workouts?

The last 30 days I've focused on getting my workouts in 6 out of 7 days a week, made healthier choices food wise, tried things I normally turned my nose up at (like tuna and other fish) and realized that a little willpower goes a long way.
Having a husband that is encouraging me, helping me and pushing me every day is a huge factor as well.
Small changes make results happen.
On August 27th I weighed in at 155.6 and today i weighed in at 148.8. That's 6.8 pounds in 30 days!!!! I am so proud of myself for breaking that 150 mark that I've been struggling with for quite some time.
I know it's not always about the number on the scale, but today it is.
Time to step it up a notch and see what the next 30 days bring! I will post the side by side pics (once I take a current one) so stay tuned.

Wanted to give you all something to think about.
There are only 16 weeks left in 2017.
1 lb a week = 16 lbs
2 lbs a week = 32lbs
If you don't have that much to lose, think of the inches you can lose or the muscle you can gain. Think of how you can tone up and feel overall healthier before the new year.
Imagine what you can do in 16 weeks if you start now.... First you need to DECIDE to make that change, if this is something that you want, we can work together to find out your goals and put a plan together.
Second, you need to COMMIT to following through with this plan. It won't be easy but it Is possible. You will have me behind you 100%. Do these two things and you will SUCCEED. .

Today was a very long day especially after not sleeping well last night, but no excuses to get my workouts in!

Sometimes I have to wonder what exactly happens to my hair when j workout. I mean, come on, look at this?!?! The second I jump kick or punch it just goes everywhere. Need to learn how to tame that mane.
