Cardio 3 done. Sweat rolling down my back and nose to cchest...yuck! Today was hard. Very hard. I was trying to convince myself that 2 rounds is enough, modifying everything in round 2 except for skip flys. But then i told myself... just do 1 more exercise. Just one more. I did the complete last round and went harder than i did in the first two. Never let your mind give up before your body does.

3 day refresh had me down 3.7 lbs in 3 days. You can see how less bloated I am. I'im feeling amazing and am not craving crap food. Lets hope the cravings stay away.

Today, along with you getting your water intake i want you to get in 10 minutes of exercise.
I know, i know... exercise sucks, but its only 10 minutes.
Waiting in a drive-through can take longer. So i challenge you to take a 10 minute brisk walk, while watching your favorite show tonight you can alternate between marching/jump ropes/ jumping jacks instead of sitting on your couch.
Do this for YOU!
