This is a journey.
Some days you will be killing it, but some days you will make every bad decision in the book.
Remember to keep your eye on your goal because once you get there you will be so happy you stuck with it.
When i started my journey, i made the decision to cut my 3 weaknesses out of my life... chips ahoy cookies, potato chips and pepsi. It was the worst 6 days of my life going through withdrawals, however that small change started the ball rolling for this once shy overweight girl to blossom into a confident outgoing woman who has changed the lives of so many people.
Believe on yourself, you're worth it.

Decided I wanted to dance this morning so I threw my clothes on, pulled my hair up (yes it was MUCH nicer than these pics when I stated lol) laced up and sweated up a storm.
I pressed snooze only once today, which enabled me to do a full 30 mins before work and still have time to shower. I am so proud of myself for pushing play 2 days in a row. Once you press it, you're committed...and I love it!
This program shows you the moves (like the top left corner) and builds them step by step. Then at the end you put them all together (bottom right). Not bad for my first time through this workout (only did 15 mins of this about six months ago). It's time we work for those bodies we want. Wishing won't do anything.

I'll let you mix it up a little today if you so choose to. Try sets of 3 pulsing squats. Squat, hold & pulse for the count of three, then stand and squeeze your glutes (make ugly a$$).

Time to mix it up peeps!!! Today i want you to do 140 pulsing squats.
What are those you ask? Well im gonna tell ya!
Start your squat like normal, when you reach the lowest point of your squat, do not come back to standing (or make ugly butt), only lift about an inch then back down. Continue this for as many as you can. Stand up, shake out those legs and get right back at it.
These will be much quicker but may hurt a little more also.
Come on peeps! You GOT this!
