The last 30 days I've focused on getting my workouts in 6 out of 7 days a week, made healthier choices food wise, tried things I normally turned my nose up at (like tuna and other fish) and realized that a little willpower goes a long way.
Having a husband that is encouraging me, helping me and pushing me every day is a huge factor as well.
Small changes make results happen.
On August 27th I weighed in at 155.6 and today i weighed in at 148.8. That's 6.8 pounds in 30 days!!!! I am so proud of myself for breaking that 150 mark that I've been struggling with for quite some time.
I know it's not always about the number on the scale, but today it is.
Time to step it up a notch and see what the next 30 days bring! I will post the side by side pics (once I take a current one) so stay tuned.
