Today, along with you getting your water intake i want you to get in 10 minutes of exercise.
I know, i know... exercise sucks, but its only 10 minutes.
Waiting in a drive-through can take longer. So i challenge you to take a 10 minute brisk walk, while watching your favorite show tonight you can alternate between marching/jump ropes/ jumping jacks instead of sitting on your couch.
