▪️focus on compound movements (like Squats, Deadlifts and Bench). Focus on movements where you actually train all other muscles groups with. That means when you do Bench Press, you actually train with your chest, also your shoulders and triceps.
▪️increase your training volume OVER TIME!
Don’t be afraid to get stronger. Give your muscles new impulses to grow
And the last one is the important one. You can’t expect to grow your muscles in a week, or in a month. Be patient.
