A1. Burpee To Bent over Single Arm kettle bell Row x 45s x 15s rest

A2. Goblet alternating Step Back lunge. X 45s x 15s rest

A3. L-Sit (with alternating leg lifts) x 45s x 15s rest (for the record, I’m lucky if I get 5 seconds of these L-sits - try to get as long as you can, rest a little and go back in until the time is up.) Repeat for 5 rounds and you’ll have yourself a 15 minute Vertueous Quickie that will work your legs, arms, back and abs.

UPPER BOD BABES! 💪 Get swole!
Here are some of my fav go-to moves —> do these exercises to hit shoulders, bis, tris, lats, and chesticles!!

The thing: 3-5x total
1. 12 chest opener to OH press (shown from front and back so you can see what muscles you need to engage!!)
2. 10ea opp laterals
3. 12 tricep ext (can do skull crushers...I know sometimes those feel more controllable)
4. 10 push ups with renegade rows
5. 28s!! (7 lower, 7 upper, 7 full, 7 sec hold)

❗️NEVER SETTLE FOR SMALL CALVES.❗️ Today was filled with big compound movements. Right here are standing calf raises. Make sure to maintain control throughout the entire motion and never let the weight control you. When flexing the calves make sure knees are slightly bent.

Beginners Ab Workout
When it comes to abs there are SO many different exercises and fun methods you can try, it can however be a little overwhelming. 🙃
Here are some key facts to know if you want a toned and strong core:

1⃣ Nutrition: sorry to break it to you but you NEED to clean up your diet if you want abs. Hydration is key so make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day and avoid unnecessary snacking. Try to add a dash of sugar free squash or even fresh fruit to your water to make it easier to drink. I personally use a water bottle that has allocated times written on it to help me track.

2⃣ Is a six pack 6 individual muscles? When people talk about getting a six pack they are actually referring to one muscle, called the rectus abdominis which runs from the lower ribs to the top of the pubic bones. So what does this even mean? Well since the muscle is designed to bring your lower ribs and pelvis closer together or farther apart you need to work them that way. Perfect example would be a reverse crunch.

3⃣ Time under Tension: this point is more of a personal preference but I LOVE training my core under constant tension/ contraction. By adding a timing method instead of reps has really helped me strengthen my core overtime.
4⃣Cardio? I’ve mentioned that cardio does play an impact in weight loss but I’m a firm believer that you do not need to spend countless hours running (unless this is what you enjoy) HIIT training is very effective.

Method:
1. Crunch Claps (core is under constant tension) 1 minute 3 rounds
2. Commandos: 1 minute 3 rounds
3. Side crunches: 15x3 each side
4. Reverse crunches 20x3
