Only had about 45 minutes today for lunch but wanted to get in a good lift. Stayed on the cables the whole time & just got to work.
Never thought I would enjoy building my back but it truly has become one of my favorites to train & see grow!

🔹10-12 reps each exercise 3-4 sets
*Really squeeze your back on the contraction & get that full reach at the top

1️⃣Single arm narrow rows right into
2️⃣Bent over narrow grip rows
*keep your back straight & core tight!!

1️⃣Narrow pull downs
2️⃣Rope pull downs
3️⃣Seated rope face pulls

Guess it was a narrow grip kind of day 🤷🏻‍♀️

In easy word, if you want to build muscles and tone up your body, you simply have to do 2 important things:
☝🏾Eat in a surplus
☝🏾and lift heavy weights.


5 Tips how to build Muscles:
▪️Be in a caloric surplus! Eat more than you burn. But don’t do it without a strategy. unless you want to look like a potato. We often underestimate how much we eat. And when you don’t have the control over it, it’s pretty easy to gain fat easy.
▪️focus on compound movements (like Squats, Deadlifts and Bench). Focus on movements where you actually train all other muscles groups with. That means when you do Bench Press, you actually train with your chest, also your shoulders and triceps.
▪️increase your training volume OVER TIME!
Don’t be afraid to get stronger. Give your muscles new impulses to grow
🔺Be Patient!
And the last one is the important one. You can’t expect to grow your muscles in a week, or in a month. Be patient.
