UPPER BOD BABES! 💪 Get swole!
Here are some of my fav go-to moves —> do these exercises to hit shoulders, bis, tris, lats, and chesticles!!
The thing: 3-5x total
1. 12 chest opener to OH press (shown from front and back so you can see what muscles you need to engage!!)
2. 10ea opp laterals
3. 12 tricep ext (can do skull crushers...I know sometimes those feel more controllable)
4. 10 push ups with renegade rows
5. 28s!! (7 lower, 7 upper, 7 full, 7 sec hold)
