When does your journey start?
For me, 2014.
Was it easy? No
Did you i motivation? Yes
Did I have cheat meals? Of course
Did I skip workouts? Yep
This is my full journey, not just a before and after but 3 years of commitment to become more. No fluff, no filler, no magic pill. Just 30 minutes a day and amazing nutrition plans.
Did I stumble, yes, but I got up.
Did I miss a few days? yes but I found a way to hit play again.
Did I starve myself? Never!
Was it hard to stay motivated? Yes
Was it worth it? Absolutely
I started this journey on my own at 220 lbs. I hit my goal of 180 and suddenly, all motivation to keep going was gone. That's when I joined a challenge group. A group of people on their own journey to help me continue on mine. I've made amazing friends who still push me everyday. I signed up to coach and now I'm part of an amazing team dedicated to helping others. Those challengers push me to set new goals, to drive harder, to keep up with them!
