Past weeks I've had a lot to think about. This is because the doctor finally properly examined my lower back, that has been sore for months, and they found out that there has been a broken bone for over a half an year now. 😖 This is a kinda serious thing because I trained and performed hard past spring and summer and there was a possibility that I could have got myself badly injured, even paralytic in the worst case. Atm I'm so happy there's finally a reason for the constant pain, but at the same time I've been so depressed because I don't know when I'll be able to do sports again. Nowadays life is pretty different; I be a good girl, stay home and eat my medicine. Now I just have to wait for further instructions which is super hard for a person like me who's been used to move every day. 😑 It will be at least half an year recovery ahead.
This whole sh*t happened because I was stupid enough not to listen my body who has been asking for help for a long time. Well, I learned my lesson. 🖤
