#BuildStrengthinYourWeakAssFoot! 🤪You don’t need arch supports🛠, cushions, and all this BS to lift your flat arch… your foot has its OWN muscles and supports to lift the arch. Connecting with your feet and getting control of these muscles will take time, persistence, and patience.⏳ As you continue to do strengthening exercises like the one in this video and many others that we have shown, your muscles will reshape the arch of your foot and automatically hold it there when you are walking🚶‍♂️, running🏃‍♀️, jumping🤾‍♂️, etc. .

For this exercise, there are a few variations that you may want to try depending on how disconnected 🚷xyou are with your feet. If your feet are super flat and you are having trouble moving the toes and gripping the floor with your arch, hold onto a counter or pole and work on grabbing the floor. If you have the strength to lift the arch (without just rolling to the outside of your foot), then try this exercise without holding on to something. If you can do that for about 1 minute, then grab a weight ⚖️and hold it on the same side that you lift the leg as shown in the video. Hold that for 1-3 minutes, making sure to keep that arch engaged. .

🚫Don’t just roll your foot to the outside while doing this. As shown in the video yesterday, your weight should be dispersed across the foot evenly with your ears👂, shoulders🤷‍♀️, hips🕺, knees, and ankles in line with each other.

Removing the glue from your hips without retraining your CNS to recognize a new position has zero long term effect. -
The hip capsule surrounding the head of the femur in the acetabulum has to be loose if the goal is to create joint space for a smoother glide. In order to do that, the femur needs to be loaded two ways:
1. With a wicked heavy band
2. From the side
When the band pulls posterior or at some weird geometric angle designed by a self proclaimed corrective expert that obviously bombed anatomy, you end up hammering the rim of the acetabulum. As fun as that sounds, it is about as effective as repeatedly smashing yourself in the groin with a stone.

The hip pops and snaps because it’s ratcheting across the joint surface and the lines of pull between external/internal rotation and flexion/extension are asymmetrical. Imagine trying to catch 47 toddlers at the park after they all drank a large Mountain Dew.🙄

Open the capsule and create space, then retrain ‘how’ the hip itself interacts with 360 degrees of force deployed across it and you eliminate the problem.

Some advice that I would give someone who is ready to start their own fitness journey is to be mentally prepared. Sometimes you will have a bad gym day or even eat really bad but don't allow yourself to get discouraged. There will be days when you feel so skinny and see so much results but then the next day you feel like you’re back to point one. But that's okay, keep going. This journey is all mental; what the mind thinks the body follows. Don't be so hard on yourself and remind yourself that this is a journey.

Tire training can add a new dimension to any stagnate strength and conditioning program regardless of what sport you play or your level of athletic ability. Truth is the strength and aerobic benefits of tire training can enhance your performance in all sports from gymnastics to obstacle course racing. It is one of the best total body strength and conditioning workouts a person can do. When executed properly you recruit every muscle in your body in order to lift, stand, and flip the tire, and by varying the distance or the amount of time you have to flip you can always get a great aerobic workout. Plus if a girl is strong enough to show up to train with me on a regular basis you can best believe she's a badass, and sometimes I just like to show others just how badass they are! What to make an instant impression on someone? Find something that is just as tall as you, at least a foot wider than you, and that outweighs you! Now lift that 💩, kick that 💩, and flip that 💩! Man, you’ll be a different kind of person. When your mind is as strong as your body, or even stronger, the possibilities for you are endless. -
