I ❤️ seafood! And I ❤️ happy hour! Luckily, @taylorshellfish has a really good HH (M-F 2pm-4pm). I got a dozen of pacific bay oysters, and tried #geoduck in sashimi form for the first time (2nd pic)! My waiter explained that the left side was cut from the belly and the right side was cut from the husk, which offered different textures. It’s a taste and feel completely on its own, but I’d liken it to a slightly sweeter and softer squid (?).
Either way, great experience with lots of local Seattle seafood.
