A common question I get..what pre work are you using? What protein? Do you use any other fat burning supplements? These right here are the 3 I have consistently stuck with.
1. Genius pre- no harsh chemicals, stevia sweetened, extended focus.
2. Caffeine- after finals drop some of this into your pre & you will KILL every last rep from the extra boost.
3. Genius pro-GT- a probiotic supplement that helps shed that extra body fat.
4. Genius protein- this is also great, low in carbs, and sugars, no artificial dyes, etc. amazing as well, however I’ve been steering away from protein shakes for a bit, and consuming protein through my diet.
YALL, look at this waist?! We’re getting somewhere finally and I have to give some of the credit to these, esp the pro-GT.
