4 months lighting transformation??
👉🏻 Visually not much has changed 🤔. However physically, my strength has increased heaps (⬆️45kgs cumulatively between bench, squat and deadlift).
👉🏻This reflects my training, which has switched from a bodybuilding centric to strength training approach, in an attempt to hit some strength goals I've been trying to achieve 💪🏻.
👉🏻 Which one do you think was before/after? 😅
