Getting in shape is the hardest thing to stick to but at least I can say I knocked out day one of my new workout routine like a champ #stayingfocused πŸ’―πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ˜ƒ

It's the start of my fitness journey! I'm tired of not being the best and healthiest me I can be and I don't feel like waiting until the new year to start. Why not start changing my lifestyle and getting fit and healthy now! πŸ’―πŸ’ͺπŸ»βœ… enough talking I'm about to put into action πŸƒπŸΌ

I have had ups and downs. I have changed my eating habits and went from eating pretty much only fast food or eating out to meal prepping or home cooked meals. I would have never thought the day would come that I could say I have finally cut out pop and drink water. But im there πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒi am also a lot more active now which some days are harder than others but i try to be as acrive as possible. I feel so much better with myself on the inside and out. I couldn't be happier with where I'm at in my life and the progress I have made!

Love this! It is almost impossible to remain positive in a negative atmosphere! Stay happy. Stay positive. Stay humble.

Had my personal training today and worked my butt off so much. I got sick after my workout however im that much closer to my goal. That just tells me i put 110% into it πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ😊😊

Its been 2 1/2 weeks since i started my journey to get fit and just by changing my eat habits and working out im already looking more toned and feel a million times better. There is still tons of progress to be made but this is just the start for me. Im not going back i have no other choice but to succeed! Some days i dont feel like eating clean of course i would be lying if i said there was never a day i didnt want junk foods or unhealthy food but i have to keep the bigfer picture in mind and picturing me reaching my goal makes me that much more determined! Anyone can do it its just a matter of how bad do you want it? Remember nothing worth having comes easy. πŸ˜‰πŸ’ͺ

Today I had my personal training session. That was definitely a wake up call. I have a very high bf% for my height and age. I didn't realize how life threatening this problem could potentially be. I'm glad I'm aware of it so I can get healthier so I can live a long happy life. Started my new meal plan to get me started and use to how much and what I should be eating everyday. In addition, to working out I can clearly see why nutrition is also a key factor in getting fit and losing weight. With that being said if I want to live a long, happy, and healthy life giving up is not an option for me. And I refuse to hinder my future to have temporary satisfaction! I want to be the best me possible and change my lifestyle to better my life! Don't wait and say you will start tomorrow. Grab the reins and take control of your life now and be the best you!πŸ‘πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺπŸ˜„πŸ›πŸ΄

I hate cardio for the simple fact I'm not good at running! I get exhausted way to fast haha I enjoy lifting weights to build muscle so my body is constantly burning calories. However o feel cardio is important also and hopefully once I get more in shape I won't despise it as much. Either way I'm going to work my butt off. If I can't make it to the gym or kickboxing my ass will be jogging a couple miles at least. It make take me a minute to get done but at least I ran. Staying focused will get me that much closer to my goal. πŸ’ͺπŸ˜„πŸ™ŒπŸƒ

It still amazes me how I feel one million times better when I eat clean verse unhealthy! Eating healthy can be easy and fast also you just gotta meal prep. I'm still learning different recipes and different ways to incorporate all the good tasting food but in a healthy way. Eating healthy doesn't have to be plain, boring or disgusting, try it out you might surprise yourself on how much you will like it. And with an added bonus you will feel amazing just after a week! πŸ™ŒπŸ˜ƒπŸ’ͺ
