While exploring an ancient river in the Daintree Rainforest, we were extremely lucky to witness this beautiful Freshwater Moray Eel (Gymnothorax polyuranodon). A first for us and hopefully not the last! #riversnorkeling
When you're a juvenile Katydid, you literally are what you eat! Their body colour changes depending on the food they eat; perfect for camouflage when there's plenty of predators around. However, as they grow into adults their bodies usually turn green! Rainforest's are always full of surprises, so make sure you take the time to look a little closer 👀
Watching the rainforest canopy pass overhead as you float on your back down a pristine river: This is how you should spend your morning 😁👌 Book a spot on our River Drift Snorkelling tour to make it happen!
We may be a little bias, but we think our River Drift Snorkelling tour is one of the most unique experiences you can have in the rainforest! Follow the link on our profile page to book your tour today.
