Honestly haven’t been on a regular diet or workout schedule in over a year now. That’s mostly the reason I never post anymore fitness related content despite my extensive success in the industry. 263lbs this AM. Haven’t posted training stuff in a bit, but training has been going WELL. Getting close to the 265 goal, where I’ll take a maintenance phase, then minicut, and back up to 265 again! @teamevilgsp has been a huge help with consultation as usual. A good chunk of my intentions are to not let him down.
