When I was a kid, I was that skinny clumsy guy you bullied at school. I was always the last on the race, not into any form of sports and just pure sloppy. Though I proved myself then and gamed up my grades, there was something missing. I lived skinny for several years and that isn't good. I tell you we have the same problem with fat or overweight people. In fact even worse. We also get hurt when people say "ang payat payat mo (youre so thin and skinny) " same effect to those whom we said "ang taba mo na (you're so fat)" .
For years, I have gone through phases, done so much and tried lots. I reached yellow belt taekwondo in highschool, joined street crew in college, tried cheerdancing and aeroboxing, learned basic anatomy, consulted experts and pretty much adopted a culture of finding motivations.
I am not perfect talkin bout physically and personally but I am aware of my imperfections and trying to do something about it.
This is more like an inspirational shoutout to those who struggle the same thing. Keep goin. Road isn't smooth for sure. Be who you are and keep improvin everyday. .
