I finally got a chance to make and try chicken crust pizza last night. It was pretty good and I think if I can get the crust to crisp up it’ll be even better. I think part of the problem is my meat was frozen and so it had lots of water when I thawed it. So when I cooked it in the oven there was so much liquid that came out. I couldn’t leave it in the oven anymore because it started to burn.
Anyway I topped the crust with fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, artichoke hearts and sundries tomatoes. Then after playing it up I drizzled with some balsamic reduction.
