One of my goals was to have an active vacation ✅ I hit 97% of my step goal on the blue day, which I'm still happy with because it was our pool day and a lot of those steps were underwater with the added resistance. I'm taking the next few days to transition from vacation mode into normal life. Basically, I'll be unpacking,doing lots of laundry, cleaning out the pantry and fridge, meal planning and grocery shopping. My sister and I decided to start #whole30 on Monday, and she challenged me to get 30 minutes of exercise each day we are on whole 30. It's going to be a challenge, especially the no sugar. But we will be holding each other accountable and sharing tips and recipes. I'm excited for the challenge!
