My favourite cut, yearling rib eye covered in a generous amount of @meatchurch holy cow rub, smoked on the @traegergrills pro 34 and then reverse seared on the hot plate of my @webergrills family Q. Sweet potato wedges, corn covered in butter and garlic, prawns marinated in a similar recipe too the @traegerrecipes cooked on the Traeger and a home made creamy garlic sauce.
