Perfectly cooked. Simple to prepare. Mince two cloves of garlic and a 1" nub of ginger and place in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce, a tablespoon of rice cooking wine and a teaspoon of honey. Mix until combined. Salt both sides of a London broil. Heat a cast iron pan on medium high. Sear one side of the steak for 3 minutes. Right before you flip, baste the raw side with some of the marinade. Cook the other side for two minutes. Add marinade into the pan. Cook each side another 30 seconds. Remove to a cutting board and let rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve. Dinner in 10 minutes cu you can slice up a nice side salad while the steak is cooking.
