Let's talk protein powder!
As with anything you put in and on your body - ALWAYS look at the list of ingredients on the label. Totally ignore any fancy marketing words or pictures used on the front trying to get you to buy the product, and look where it matters!
Lots of protein powders out there contain ingredients in general and/or ingredients sourced in a way that do more harm than good in your body.
Here are 3 of my favorites:
> COLLAGEN PEPTIDES: more of a supplement than 'protein powder' but has a million health benefits including stronger hair/nails, soft skin, digestive support, filling in wrinkles/fine lines, etc. PLUS it has 20g protein per serving, blends into things really well, and tastes like NOTHING!
