Caroline | If you have never opened up a can of chickpeas to eat on a salad, with veggies, in a wrap, with rice, or with noodles...you're missing out! I've found they're the only legume I like to mix into just about anything (warm or cold). They're dirt-cheap, have a delicious, nutty flavor, & the health benefits make me feel awesome 💪 Try to make meals at home using minimally-processed foods when you can! It doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. Your body will thank you.
