Skwatterday was last day of 3's week, a few issues coming into this session, nothing I can change so just get in and see how it goes.
Reps slow and whole session felt a grind, racked up with +2 top set and put that one behind. 8-10 Is the target next time at this weight.
One good thing did come out of it and that was the absence of tendinitis until the last couple of reps top set.
Took some info from @underthebar
and have started working the biceps when the tendinitis kicks in, been working the triceps and shoulders harder and with some different excercises which seems to have helped some. Wrapped the wrists with the soft elitefts but different to usual, not as tight just light support in an effort not to transfer as much to elbows.

Changed from bands to the ropes for face pulls and superset under hand over hand, then overhead extensions with the ropes.
Overhead banded squats then warm-up sets lowbar 5x67.5 5x83 3x95
work sets : 3x109 3x122.5 5x135kg
