It's been a lousy weekend with the weather, did some bench Friday eve and chilled Saturday. A break in the rain today so took advantage and moved a load of limestone chippings which was my squat warmup 👍
Bench was 5 week and went + 7 top set then 3x8 db bench and 3x10 kroc rows.
Bench tm reset and a tweak or two to foot position as I couldn't consistently get the same postion if the knee was tight and my leg would cramp, got a setup now I can get in regardless, knee sleeves also seem to help and I don't get pain afterwards.

5x94.5 5x107.5 10x 121.5kg
Tried some ssb front squat variations I saw @oakstrong doing, reason being straight bar sometimes aggravates the bone spur where I snapped my collar bone.
Pretty nice setup and started light 3x104kg, likely add this variation in when front squats are called for.
