Just wondering why is this place so sacred. Everyday more than 400 bodies are burned/emerged near/in the Ganga river. We even saw a child being emerged in the river wrapped in white cloth and tied with a heavy rock.
Life is spooky at night. Smoked up, lighten and silent. Even when people call it, "the city of deads". Many were burnt and many were still burning. Still I found it peaceful here. Have no reason for it.
But a sense of vibration covered me, enchanting along with the echo of "OM", and the bells, making it spiritually magical. I was surprised to see the belief and devotion people hold for this place.
Life passed within a glance while I was rowing along with the ghats(64), amongst while 10 is significantly important.
I was mesmerised to see myself getting lost in the rituals which I hardly believe. .
