What a great shoulder workout! It’s the little things like seeing some muscle definition. This is my fitness journey and I thoroughly enjoy seeing other people’s fitness journeys too. I try my best not to compare myself to others because #1 it’s not healthy to do #2 our fitness journey didn’t start at the same time and #3 we don’t have the same genetics. It’s so easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to others But don’t do it. Find what works for you and adhere to it. It’s your journey and no one can take that away from you!
