Before you rebuttal with “Markus, you obviously don’t appreciate food,” I’d like to argue I appreciate food way more than most people. I have ONE cheat meal each week - I fantasize all week about that meal, I dream about it, I visualize eating it, I picture it as a do reps in the gym and steps on the treadmill. When’s the last time you showed that much love to a meal?!😜
I’d also like to recommend you watch the replies on this photo - the people who understand this concept are the people with elite physiques - that’s NOT a coincidence. (I tagged some of the studs I know understand this)
