I was going to post some new yoga moves I finally nailed, but today my body was way too sore from my workout yesterday. 🤤 I'm giving myself a day to recover and will share them tomorrow. For now, I will leave you guys with this butt and hammies workout I did from over the weekend. FOUR move circuit to really activate your posterior (or backside) muscles.
1. Leg press with 10 lbs 20x each leg
2. Single leg stands 15x each leg with 20 lbs
3. Leg raises 30x each leg with butt elevated.
4. Hip openers 30x
Repeat circuit 3 times 🍑 thank me later!
