First time I've gone heavyish in months with squats. 170 and 165 on the bar as part of a higher intensity pyramid set. Not moving as easy as I would like but thats expected with longer high intensity lay offs. Looking back at videos they moved better than they felt.
First time at @ptsnorthampton and I can really recommend it to anyone as a solid powerlifting/stongman gym. Up here for the next month due to work.
