Happy FLEX FRIDAY!! Going for a mass constructor leg workout! If you want to have the biggest legs in the gym, you have to do what most people are afraid to do or won't do! If you fear doing a difficult leg workout then you MUST do it...PERIOD!! It's the only way your going to get tree trunk legs! I'm sick of seeing huge guys with scrawny legs! If you want BIGGER, strong legs with full seperation, you need to start doing your leg workouts and these 3 exercises in my opinion are a great place to start! Finally get to get a real workout in! I'm so stressed I could spit nails! Phase 5 of MI40. Time to deload the muscular and nervous system for 5 days by decreasing overall work and focusing on the same training as week 1.. Intensification of contraction and reinforcing the 6 essentials, which are as follows: ›initiating with the working muscle

Only 2 more work outs of phase 3/Lactic Intensity! Supposed to be a squat Sunday but I got Delts to hit up that i didn't get to yesterday😟 So today is gonna be a heavy lifting day BUT I will not lift heavier weight then I can handle/control!! If your one of those people that use body language when working through a set, then you have NO business lifting that weight your lifting if your goal is to put on size!! Also the goal is putting as much resistance on the muscle as possible! Not just throwing weight around for the sake of going through the range of motion. Happy Chest Saturday!😁 Wow all I'm seeing in the gym now-a-days is folks lifting more weight then they can handle!! Its not rocket science! You need to activate the working muscle first!! So example would be do and isometric when starting and hold that tension throughout the whole rep ensuring though that your doing the FULL ROM!(range of motion) Hitting ALL points of the strength curve! Forget about the weight! Think of it this way..Your muscles dont react/grow according to the weight!! They dont give a shit about how much your lifting! They do however grow immensely on the amount of TENSION your able to put on the specific muscle your working on! Dont get me wrong, Weight has its place..only after you can activate the proper muscle first and are able to be in complete CONTROL! To anyone trying to reach me. I've had a rough couple days even had a forced 2 days off from gym. Not good! Back in the saddle now just hitting up the Purple House Of Gains! Phase 4 focusing on Lactic Intensity! Meaning hitting higher threshold muscle fibers, then incorporating high time under tension in some later sets to increase lactic acid and metabolic demand. Increased lactic acid is highly correlated with the production of growth hormones to help you build more muscle while stripping of excess body fat.
