Felt good to hit a strength program the past few training days. Back Squats are one of the basic fundamentals for building strength. I remember when 225lbs use to make me feel like I was lifting a truck. Now I’m squatting 335lbs for reps. Strength cycles and proper nutrition has dramatically increased my strength and performance. Need to get to 80kg at the end of this bulk! Currently on 3000kcals but may need to up as my morning weight numbers seem to tease me here and there. Downsides of this bulk is the higher BF% but it has to increase along with new muscle.. Im working on keeping fat gain to a minimum with cardio a few days a week 🔥

Not bad for a back session! Getting back into the swing of things now after a grind trying to get back into training. Guna push it further this year and see what I can create 🤔.... hopefully a giant gorilla as shredded as a skinned rabbit but we shall see.
